The role
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who understands our clients’ needs, and pitches the right products, and services. As the single point of contact between the business and our customers, this person will identify new markets and relentlessly pursues leads to grow this customer base. This person will also need to setup a sales team from scratch.
Your responsibilities
• Build and grow the sales department.
• Identify sales prospects, generate leads, and establish new accounts.
• Present and sell appropriate solutions to the customers.
• Build and maintain good relationship with the customers.
• Prepare quotation, proposal, and sales materials.
• Develop and maintain sales kits.
• Research go-to market strategies, plans and execute marketing campaigns.
• Provide advice on products and solutions to the team and customers.
The must-have shortlist
• Experience in a Technical Sales environment.
• Experience in setting up a sales team from scratch.
• Ability to travel extensively (within Malaysia).
• Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
• Enjoy socialising and networking.
• Has good interpersonal communications skills such as negotiation, influencing and speaks with conviction.
• Experience in tendering GLC projects will be an added advantage.
• Experience in digital marketing will be another plus point.
